The 2010-2015 results are from the EUMETSAT ROM SAF Climate Data Records (1.0),
involving four satellite missions: GRACE, COSMIC, CHAMP and METOP. The average number of daily
profiles in the area north of +50 degrees is 400.
For 2016-2018 the results are based on the operational NRT ROM SAF product from METOP-A and -B, from March 7th 2019 also Metop-C.
